Included in the Lucira Check It COVID-19 Test Kit
Your test kit will contain:
• 2 x AA batteries
• 1 x test unit
• 1 x sample vial
• 1 x swab
• 1 x plastic disposable bag

Prior to Test
• You’ll want to find a location to administer the test where it can sit undisturbed for 30 minutes.
• Read the instructions carefully before you start.
• Wash your hands thoroughly.

When you’re ready to administer the test, open the test unit in pouch 1.
Note: Do not insert the batteries until you’re ready to take the test.
Check that the ready light is on.

• Open the sample vial in pouch 2 and remove the accompanying seal.
• Remove the swab.
• Gently insert the swab fully inside each nostril until it meets resistance.
• Rotate the swab 5 times.
• Insert swab into vial and stir sample 15 times.
• Discard swab.
• Close the vial and push down on it until it clicks into place.
• When the ready light begins blinking the test is running.
If the ready light is not blinking within 5 seconds, use the palm of your hand to push down firmly on the vial to initiate the test.

Do not move the test while running. Test results will be ready in 30 minutes.
The “DONE” light will display in 30 minutes.

The green lights indicate test results. After the test is completed and you’ve recorded your results, place the unit in the provided plastic bag and dispose of all materials in the trash. Dispose of batteries via local guidelines.
